What does employer branding photography mean? Aren't they just employee portraits? No. It is not only due to a lack of skilled workers that companies today are forced to present themselves as attractive employers. This is done in a particularly impressive and credible wayby taking photographs of real employees in their authentic working environment. It is the photographer's task to capture the atmospherein a company in a visually convincing way. And sometimes, an uninspiring job description is made much more attractive by a spectacular photo of the workplace.
