About Gebhard
Gebhard Krewitt tracks down his subjects at extreme places: a foundry in Northern Europe, flyfishing in New Zealand. With the wide-angel lens to the end of the world. With the telephoto lens to stories close by. Gebhard finds his photographs in Patagonia and at the German coast of the Baltic sea.
Gebhard's work always has been heavily carried by his interest in every human being and their life circumstances. He is a producing photojournalist, specializing in documentary photography including political, cultural and social subjects for various German magazines including "Stern“, "Spiegel“, "Geo“ and "mare“.
